Appointments can be arranged with Liverpool OT through both individuals and third parties.
Individuals
Liverpool OT accept self-referrals from individuals. To arrange an appointment for yourself, or family member please call 0151 558 0022.
Assessments range from one to two hours depending whether the appointment is for an adult or child, and if the assessment involves looking at you in your home / work / school environment.
Appointment charges are dependent on a number of factors. Please call us for a price.

Third Parties
Liverpool OT commonly provide occupational therapy services on behalf of:

- Solicitors
- Public sector
- Housing associations
- Charites
- Businesses
